By accessing or using SpotBiz (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users — customers, business owners, and visitors.
If you are using SpotBiz on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
SpotBiz is a hyperlocal business discovery platform operated by SpotBiz Solutions, Pune. The Service allows consumers to discover and contact local businesses, and allows business owners to create and manage listings to attract customers in their area.
SpotBiz is a discovery platform only. We are not a party to any transaction, service agreement, or communication between a customer and a listed business. All such interactions are solely between the customer and the business owner.
Certain features — such as saving businesses to a wishlist, contacting businesses, or creating a listing — require you to create an account using your Indian mobile number and OTP-based authentication.
By creating an account, you agree that:
SpotBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to be fraudulent.
Business owners who create listings on SpotBiz are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information they provide, including business name, category, location, contact details, services, and photos.
By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
SpotBiz may review, edit, or permanently remove any listing that violates our content guidelines or these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
Edit Restrictions: Business details and photos may be edited once every 30 days to maintain consistency and trust for customers.
Images: You may upload up to 4 photos per listing. Each photo must be under 15 MB. The app automatically compresses images for performance. Removed images are permanently deleted from our storage.
Listing Plan (₹99/year): Activates your business listing for 12 months from the date of payment. Your business becomes discoverable in category searches and near-you results.
Boost Plans:
Boost plans require an active Listing plan. Plans activate immediately upon successful payment. Expiry is calculated from the activation date.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is required in advance before any plan is activated. SpotBiz uses industry-standard payment processing for UPI and other Indian payment methods.
Refund Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Indian law (e.g., Consumer Protection Act, 2019). If a technical error on our part prevents service delivery, please contact us at spotbizapp@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of payment.
SpotBiz reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing active plans will not be affected by price changes during their paid validity period.
There are no commissions or fees charged on any sales or transactions you conduct with your customers. You keep 100% of your business revenue.
You agree not to engage in any of the following when using SpotBiz:
Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund or prior notice.
The SpotBiz name, logo, app design, website layout, and all original content are owned by SpotBiz Solutions, Pune. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
By uploading photos or content to SpotBiz, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use that content within the SpotBiz platform solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We will remove your content if you delete your account or listing.
SpotBiz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business listed on the platform. SpotBiz does not conduct background checks on businesses. Customers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business. SpotBiz is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed businesses.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We may perform maintenance that temporarily restricts access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SpotBiz Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
By You: You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all personal data, and your business listing. Deletion is irreversible and no refund is provided for unused plan time.
By SpotBiz: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice — including for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or to protect the integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided for unused plan periods.
Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination of these Terms.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app notification system or via email to your registered contact. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.
Continued use of SpotBiz after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SpotBiz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
